Anish focuses on identifying state-of-the-art innovations that require incubation support and developing an investment pipeline aligned with the Synapses thesis. He is also responsible for overseeing the operations of the incubator, coordinating acceleration programs for startups, and managing the Startup India Seed Fund scheme by DPIIT, designed to offer seed funding for early stage startups. In his own words, “What truly brings me joy in my role is engaging with these early stage startups, immersing myself in their vision and journey, and providing the necessary support to help them thrive and being part of their growth and success story.”

Prior to Synapses, Anish worked for a solar energy-based startup as a Project Manager. Anish holds a Master’s in Energy Studies from IIT Delhi and Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Bhilai Institute of Technology.
